I was born and raised in Black Mountain. I went to high school at Charles D. Owen and graduated from the University of Tennessee. My mother
and father operated a Western Auto Associate Store in the building where our real estate office is today. For 19 years, I worked with mom and
dad in the store. In 1990, my friend and distance running companion, Ed McGinnis and I, founded a real estate company. This company has evolved
over the years and is still here 20+ years later. I serve as the broker-in-charge and am involved primarily with keeping the books. I have given
